Modern Appeal

A revamp was given to this almost 2 decade old condominium unit which was awarded TOP back in 2004. A complete revamp was given to this unit, with spaces reconfigured and finished with an array of materials from marble to wood and metal.

A beautiful showcase of artifacts and memorabilia greets guests as one enters the apartment. The display cabinetry is adjoined with a console which double up as a counter for keys and a top for bags and wallets as the homeowners put on their shoes before going out.

The original kitchen was reconfigured with walls removed to make way for a dry kitchen/bar area, physically and visually expanding the overall common space. On the wall adjacent to the TV are 2 slabs of Antolini’s Fushion Wow marble, bookmatch and framed, showcasing nature’s work of art.

The entryway into the private quarters is concealed with a pocket sliding door which offers additional privacy for the couple when hosting friends to seal it off from the common spaces. This also works to reduce noise levels disturbing the children sleeping as the adults enjoy a late night movie.

In the private areas, a guest room was removed and merged with the master bedroom to be its adjoining walk-in wardrobe with a study desk inbuilt.
