Summerhaus D'zign is a private residential interior design studio in Singapore with a particular body of work in bungalows across Districts 9,10 and 11. Founded in 2012 by Jess Koh and Larry Lim, we work exclusively in private residential design, and are recognised through international design awards and featured in Tatler and The Peak.
Our approach is built on one principle: every home is different. Layouts, materials, and details are tailored to the landed property and the family within it. Modern luxury, as Summerhaus D'zign practises it, is earned through proportion and restraint. Every element is there because it should be.

Summerhaus D'zign offers interior design services and does not undertake works requiring submission to the relevant authorities. This includes additions and alterations (A&A), reconstruction, and rebuilds.

Good Class Bungalows are subject to additional URA controls including a site coverage cap of 45% and open space provision requirements. Summerhaus D'zign factors these into the design process and advises accordingly, but does not act as a qualified person for submissions.

Yes. Smart home technology can all be incorporated as part of the interior design process. Summerhaus D'zign coordinates with specialist smart home vendors from the planning stage so that cabling, controls, and hardware are built into the design.
